John has spent his career structuring insurance programs tailored to the real estate industry. His specialties are designing multi-layered insurance programs, managing alternative risk programs and negotiating reinsurance contracts.
He’s the father of 4 boys, loving husband to Kate and you can find him on the slopes whenever there are Bluebird days.
Chelsea spends her days directing and developing the operations of our self-storage program. From handling licensing, software implementation and manager training’s, to traveling across the states for industry trade shows, Chelsea is our go-girl, and an integral part of our business.
Chelsea graduated from the University of Hawaii. She is an adventure seeker, nature enthusiast, a Seattle Seahawk fan and a dog mom to a little 3 year-old rescue pup, named Chance.
Ben oversees the finance and accounting department at Sage. He is responsible for managing all aspects of facility billing and financial reporting, with a strong focus on cash flow generation, occupancy retention and in-place sell through percentages.
Ben grew up on both the East and West Coasts, attended school in Colorado, and enjoys spending his free time playing golf, tennis, and traveling to other countries.
Denee Burns is an integral part of our sales team. She graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She brings over 10+ years of sales and marketing experience to the table and enjoys building relationships! You’ll often see her networking at tradeshows and conferences.
Denee grew up in Kansas and finished high school in California. She enjoys snow skiing, hiking, yoga, and golf. She is also a history buff who enjoys travel and classical literature.
